I'm not familiar with this IP at all but Musashi no Ken is a perfectly fine action platformer for the famicom. The game looks nice and has some solid control, but the music kinda gets annoying as there's only 2 tracks in the game.

Pretty short playthrough, doesn't hurt to give it a spin!
