I am unfortunately bound by obligation to leave a review for every game on my bucket list, but I wish I could strike both Earthworm Jims from the record and replace them with something else. Like Kolibri. Regrettably, my list is behind me now and Kolibri doesn't emulate so good.

So, what is there to say about Earthworm Jim 2?

Well, it doesn't have Pete's Sake, so from a strictly mechanical standpoint, it's better. Ask me a year ago what I thought of it and I might even tell you it's pretty good. After some reflection, I'm not cool with that now.
