This is a Zoomer's favorite GTA game. This is my favorite GTA game. Of course, when it came out I was too young to play. However, Annoying Orange had a gaming channel wherein he would do skits and trolling involving characters like "Bazooka Monkey n Buttman!" lol they were both top kek. Simpler times of youtube. Then my cousin got it for the Xbox One either late 2014, but definitely by 2015. He would play it and we would watch. when he wasn't home me and my younger cousin would play the campaign. Never got far, but it was like sampling wine. You don't have to go back home with the bottle, you just gotta leave with the taste of serenity in your mouth. As I entered 2016-2017, I discovered the KINO prank call videos made by ICEnJam involving soundboards with outrageous GTA V characters like Lamar Davis and Trevor. Still some of the funniest Youtube content on the platform today! Then in 2018 I got a PS4 for myself. I got GTA V and even though I never beat it, it was a lot of fun, especially using the new FPS POV. Then in the christmas of 2021, I got a Xbox One gift card (I bought a Xbox One that year; PS4 gave 2 my cousin), so I said why not and bought GTA V again. I beat the game. It's one of the greatest stories I've ever played through. Franklin, Michael, and Trevor make for one of the best Band of Brothers in Gaming History. The mission structure is a lot of fun, the writing is top of the line, and the heists had me sweating! Los Santos felt like a lived in city, which is major for any good open world game. This game just knocks it outta the park. Perfect shooting, driving, customization, pacing, soundtrack, length, writing, ect. This game is just flawless. Honestly, It's the greatest game of the 21rst century, and anyone born between 1996-2009 will tell you so. Once the campaign was over, I played GTA Online. Which I literally still play to this day as I had a lot of fun yesterday beating up other players with Brass Knuckles in game. I did lose, as I got run over by a tank as revenge lol. Contact missions, wherein you and a group of 1-4 do an objective for money and exp, is hella fun. They are well made and I have zero problem replaying the missions because they fit the concept of multiplayer so well. The DLC only adds more quality content as the Dr.Dre contact missions were the shiznit. As well as Diamond Casino and the Juggalo drug smuggling ring. GTA online adds a infinite lifespan to an already replayable game. This is my GOTY for 2013. This game really did raise a generation. It's perfect and I don't even think GTA 6 will be able to top it.

Also, GTA Online Heists, must be experienced. It's incredible pulling it off, especially with randoms somehow finding a way to work together.
