Surprising no one, Peach's redesign is what attracted me to play this game. While her design appeals to me, I was pleased to learn the game itself is actually a really nice time. Alot of care and heart went into this hack, and it shows. If you're familiar with Mario World's mechanics obviously nothing is too different but they do introduce some new things. New power ups, new enemies, and even some new gameplay mechanics. The art direction in this hack is sublime as well. The art style is retrofitted to the original Super Mario Bros on NES, but they give a bit more personality to the characters and locales. It even goes so far as to reference other Mario games for its aesthetics (and some non-Mario games but I won't spoil which ones they may be). I'd definitely recommend this game if you just want something fun and cute.
