Starting off with the story, which is undoubtedly one the best written stories in a videogame I've ever witnessed; it's slow in the beginning but it gets much better afterwards and it's an unbelievably immersive and emotional journey with impressive character depth.
The gameplay is varied and it feels amazing, however, the shooting mechanics and the controls could've been better; they feel dated, slow and hard to get used to.
The characters are some of the best I've seen in a videogame. Each one of them has their own personality and story, and the acting and dialogue are just perfect.
Also, the attention to detail and realism in this game is absolutely staggering, to the point where they make the game feel slightly tedious at times, but thankfully, it's not a big deal for me.
The animations are breathtaking, the graphics are among the best I've seen in an Open World game, and even minor things like the horse mechanics are definitely some of the best I've seen in a video game, for sure.
Lastly, the soundtrack is wonderful and the world itself is both massive and beautiful in every single way, and it's full of great landscapes and locations to discover.

Pros:
+ Incredible storyline
+ Compelling characters
+ Tons of details
+ Gorgeous world
+ A lot of content

Cons:
- Shooting mechanics
- Pacing issues

- Masterpiece -
Red Dead Redemption 2 is better than the sum of its parts; it's one the greatest videogame experiences I've ever had despite its serious gameplay flaws.

Do I recommend it?:
Yes, absolutely! Especially if you enjoy playing Open World games.
