Drastic improvement over 1 in almost every way, stronger gameplay, better dialouge and story, less bullshit. It still has old game issues of kinda being ruthless and cryptic at certain points just to kinda screw with you, and a UNGODLY amount of backtracking, but this is the point you can see a lot of the franchises roots and DNA.
