I recently set up my old PS2 so that I could revisit some old games. This is one of the first games that I chose to play, and I’m not sure why because it’s pretty bad.

The handling is abysmal, it’s impossible to take a corner without entering a hellish drift. The track boundaries are hard to see as well. This is made worse by the inability of any of the Jeeps to drive off road at a respectable rate of speed.

The game gets bonus points for making you feel like you’re jumping to lightspeed every time you hit the NOS at least.
