A very fun game with decently challenging combat and puzzles, and a very charming world alongside it. There are some odd design choices that plague the game (for example, why make some parts optional when there's no distinction before collecting them?). The game really shines with the way each type of Pikmin allows for unique puzzles that require multiple groups of Pikmin to split apart and solve, as well as the ability to multitask. My only other complaint is that it felt as if many times half of my Pikmin just did not listen to me when using the down button command to rush.
