The sigil of the most boring summer of my life, going from house to house and helping my friends unlock the characters in this game. I got really good at doing it as fast as possible. I didn't want to do it at any point. Seeing this game become a competitive sport made my skin crawl because I remembered, in crystalline detail, the kinds of people I spent time playing this game with, and once the pedophilia scandals broke from it I knew they were exactly the same. Turns out when a competitive game is born from sleepovers instead of arcades, it gives everyone arrested development instead of regular mental illnesses.
