I'm only giving it a 5-star as it has been my favourite game series since the very first one. It has many flaws and I wish they keep putting out more story content to it, but the story and gameplay elements are what keeps me in the game. You don't see many RPG games set in the modern-day/near-future era, and this is one of the few games that do. Something a lot of people need to remember is that this is an RPG game heavily based on numbers and stats, not a realistic shooter. You'll only enjoy this game if you've played games like Destiny 2, as I mentioned before, it is an RPG game based on numbers and stats, so expect a lot of grinding for the gear during end game.
