So this is the famous one with the combination copy abilities, huh? Gotta say, I don't get it. Some of them are fun, but most of them are just cute and some are plain bad.
I went for 100% here to get the full ending, and 1) I would never have been able to do that without a guide and 2) many of the shards are infuriating to get. The idea of bringing a specific ability combo from one stage into another one to unlock a certain gate is a neat idea, but when some of them are at the end of an entire level and dying even once means losing that combo and having to quit out to find it again... I was peeved.
I did like the 2.5D style, and the character designs are very cute. Overall, a solid Kirby game with neat ideas but less than ideal execution.
