I waited for FIFTEEN YEARS to play this game until I recently modded my Wii and USB Loader GX and Vimm's Lair made my dream come true. Was preparing for disappointment but instead I started having a lot of fun.
Just as its predecessor, it has a lot of Raimi-era Spider-Man charm, Tobey is better than ever, the plot is creative, the fighting is great, it just needed a little more polishing. As it approaches the end it starts to come apart and show its rough spots (the climax felt really weak, the boss fights in the first movie tie-in game are way more exciting), but overall I was really satisfied with finally playing this.
