Charming game with a great artstyle and humour that's held down by some weird creative decisions. There is no exp system besides being able to increase how much paint you can hold which makes it completely worthless to battle most of the time if it isn't required and the battle system is tedious as hell so if you accidentally get into a battle with an enemy that isn't required it usually is better to just flee. This game also brings back "things" from Sticker Star, you need a specific thing for each boss but oftentimes there's no indication of what thing you need for each boss so you just have to guess. This game also has the same problem as Sticker Star with its story, it's a very basic Mario story with no original characters except for the paint bucket dude whose name I can't remember because it's been like four years since I played this. Overall despite all of its problems the game is still good but I can't say much more than that, it's just good.
