I mean yeah it's quite literally just re4 but VR.

Very well adapted game with many comfort options, all the puzzles and vehicle sections were turned into actual interactive mini games which is quite great. Manual reloading and dual wielding are a lot of fun and so is absolutely breaking the game with first person strafing movement.

Sadly the qtes are super obnoxious with waggling motion controls now, they made an option to skip these but only on certain cutscenes. Also you're limited to one short weapon and one long weapon, which pretty much makes you have to constantly visit the inventory menu everytime you want to change into a third gun, which is less than the original game but still could have been implemented differently.

The cutscenes are in the wrong aspect ratio somehow (??) and there's heavy censorship on the script, I wouldn't recommend anyone play this as their first version but rather as a way to rediscover a classic. Assignment ada and separate ways are also missing.

Aside from this it's a pretty great experience, the game looks and runs great for a mobile device and it's probably the best full, traditional game Quest 2 has to offer.
