not sure if there was a way to turn them off (there usually isnt in gacha games. i MUST be aware of every single event every time i open the game) but the second time i opened the game and had to click out of a bunch of notifications to play the actual game it kinda put me off from opening it again. however the actual game itself is fine; as someone whos only played a little of one of the ps2 games, i had an easy time picking up on the rules. and in general i like how self-indulgent yugioh games are where you get to play with / against the yugioh characters. as someone who isnt a longterm / hardcore yugioh fan i couldnt recommend this to someone who's like me in that aspect.
