it isn't a numbered game in the series, but i also haven't played it yet so i'd only be going off hearsay if i considered it

its considered more mainline than the prime games

the most and second(?) least "metroid" feeling entry in the series. yeah sa-x is cool and all, but being able to bomb jump is cooler

nightmare's one of the best bosses tho
