absolutely some of the most solid gameplay in any RPG, some of the most solid characters too but unfortunately they're trapped in a story that gives them development and then (for most of them) proceeds to pretty much ignore that development for the sake of unfunny jokes and/or fanservice,,, also the quality of its story is really just represented by that "IT'S SO OVER/WE'RE SO BACK" graph pic. still love this game despite its flaws but damn it IS in fact quite flawed which it took me until this playthrough to realize lmao
