so... yea this is pretty bad lol. i played with it for 6 days and was bored out of my mind.
first of all. it's a REALLY slow device for today's standards. navigating through the menus, esp with that shit ass "touch screen" is PAIN.
and yea, the touch screen. it's not good. it also has basically no point in the functionality of the device itself. i feel like all of it could be replaced with the physical buttons and it would work and feel SO much better.
also it makes no sense that it's called tamagotchi smart, bc, besides the podometer (that btw also has no funcionality other than to count your steps), it doesn't work like a smart watch. you can't connect it to your phone via some app, which older models of tama (like the Meets/On) could already do back in 2018 and in some interesting and fun way!
it has the sma cards, which function like extra content, DLCs, you can download to your tama. but i refuse to spend more money on a device that is already expensive and offers me almost nothing...
i think the Uni was a huge improvement after the Smart, but i have a feeling bandai doesn't care about the user experience like they did in the past, which is really sad.
