Infamous: Festival of Blood sells itself as a vampire DLC of the second title. It becomes clear after some time that despite the silly theme and promising gimmick, this is just a creatively bankrupt entry in this franchise.

To make it clear, Festival of Blood is the same game as Infamous 2, just with vampires. You can still do lightning attacks, but you can also become a swarm of bats. There are no karma missions and karma points, but you can drink the blood of every NPC of the game.

Seemingly, this sounds fun but the overall structure of the DLC just has this unfun and kind of frustrating approach. First off, you need blood for your flying ability, but you have a blood meter, which is restricted at the start. The more blood you have, the longer you can fly. Simple, yet annoying.
A cool idea ruined by the fact, that the devs still try to force progression systems into the DLC, despite knowing that people who are going to play this will probably be the same players who finished Infamous 2.

You do not want to get upgrades, you do not want the
same mundane missions that were in 2, you want fun.
The negatives aside, if you want more Infamous 2, this is the game for you. Sadly, I did not wanted more Infamous 2.
