This game is a classic. Re-playing it on the PSP Lious gave me for Christmas really hit me in the nostalgia.
It really is just a classic god of war game on a portable. Great graphics (close to PS2), phenomenal sound, environments, animations and gameplay. Literally nothing in the game to complain about (minus the adolescent sex mini game lol).
My only critique is that it is too short. I beat the whole game (all weapons maxed out) in under 5 hours. That just isn't long enough. Made it feel more like a tech demo honestly. I know it's a handheld game but at least 10 hours is what I expect from a triple A game like this. Real bummer given how great the actual content it.
