Dragon Ball: Advanced Adventure is a very repetitive and unpolished adaptation of Dragon Ball's sagas. Due to the game being on the Gameboy Advance, there is a severe lack of depth in the combat, leading to encounters becoming tedious and repetitive very quickly. In addition to the stale combat, the stages are not very fun. In the Red Ribbon Army Base you can get softlocked in a pit if you kill all the enemies and will have to reset the stage. The cave level is a maze of doors and it's just not fun. If you like Dragon Ball, you probably won't even like this game as it skips over many things and doesn't even include Piccolo Jr, the game ends after beating Piccolo Daimao.
