Usually a review on this site would cover a video game but back in 2018, I played most of this game whilst suffering from an inner ear infection. Now, I have to be frank, playing this game in that state is no easy feat (thus proving that I am the ultimate gamer), let alone an enjoyable one. Therefore I have opted to instead review my experience with an inner ear infection.
Now imagine yourself constantly in a state of dizziness. Your head spinning around as you try to walk to the bathroom. After enough time, you feel like any slight movement would make you want to puke or hurl your body down a flight of stairs to end it all.
While some would say playing as a character known for his extravagant movement during this time would be considered no less than self harm, I digress. In fact the issue wasn't that I was playing as spiderman, it was moreso the context around it. Forced to sit down all day, unable to take a shower... it takes a toll. Anyways it was pretty shitty but at least I got to play spiderman aaaaand skip a day from school... so it deserves 2 stars.
