Mainline Pokémon’s magnum opus and that probably won’t ever change. Expands on the first game’s great story while addressing many of its issues, and has the most side content/postgame of any Pokémon game and it’s not close. Not sure why the difficulty options were implemented so weirdly but other than that it’s hard to find things to complain about
