On paper this should be a clear upgrade in every way over Remnant 1. Honestly though I didn't enjoy it as much as I enjoyed 1, the worlds felt a lot more dissonant (which was the point but still) and the vibe/charm from the first game are largely missing. It was a decent game but I'm disappointed after loving the first.
