poinpy is a polished, compelling platformer that will keep you sitting on the toilet long after you have taken your shit. poinpy cannot walk, he may only jump with a certain trajectory. whenever you decide that trajectory, the game world slows down so you can weigh your options. the goal is to get certain combos of fruit, and when our boy poinpy has finished obtaining the ingredients, he can continue getting more fruit, until his limited jumps run out. like moppin's previous game, this facet, getting high combos, is key to doingwell. (in fact, when i beat the game, the way I reached the final level was by getting a 50 combo with my first set of humps.)

what's important about this game is that the physics feel good, the second by second decisions are both interesting and important, and it's God damn nice to look at. poinpy rules. weird about the Netflix subscription though.
