So there's this basic factory level wich on its own is good, not amazing but good. The thing is, the level has a fucking masterful jazz concert as its soundtrack. So in my book, the level and in term the expansion gets elevated to masterpiece because of it. Yuffie being an absolute goofy charming girlboss also helped to make me like this DLC a lot.
