Big improvement from the first one. The core gameplay is still solid as ever and moving through the city is just a blast. Biggest improvement is how the side-content is handled. It's more spread out and the quality is generally higher. Also special mention for some of the character designs, truly amazing stuff there.

I do have some nitpicks here and there. Like how there is too much combat in some of the later missions and how the writing can feel at times little bit overtly dramatic how everyone seems to want to talk about someone who is dead or dying.
