I wholeheartedly wish this game was good. From what little I played, I was left feeling disappointed and sad every time I tried to get into it. I love space and all things that come with it, but this just felt empty, cheap and boring.
I have nothing against how bethesda game mechanics work, I very much enjoy them and they can definitely be a comfort, but there’s nothing new here, not to mention it being locked to 30fps, even on higher spec consoles? It doesn’t look good, the map system and flight battles confused the fuck out of me, I just couldn’t find a reason to keep playing.
If you want a good space exploration game then No Mans Sky will fill that gap somewhat.
