I remember loving this game as a child and sinking hours into just replaying the levels over and over again. Going back to it in 2023, it's honestly kind of boring. The puzzles in levels never felt particularly interesting, and often demanded little of me other than just interacting with an object as a particular character. Just getting through the story missions is slow, but once you do, you have to replay them all over again just to do a few extra puzzles with characters you didn't initially have in order to get 100%. Playing through each stage twice (or more if you miss some of the collectibles) is just plain uninteresting. That being said, this was a LEGO game from 2008, and as a result it feels very simple, but for the time it was a decent kids game and I will cherish my memories of it.
