Finding the motivation is hard but the road to self improvement is always worth it
And hey if it doesn't work don't get discouraged, you can always try again with other exercises/fit games, you've got this!

That's such a cool idea, all the best to you, you got this :)
hopin for the best of this, using any form of fitness within these sorts of games can always help even if it's just by small increments
godspeed on your journey

Keep in mind that the start is always the hardest part, once you get the ball rolling it should only get easier from then on out. Good luck.
Good luck, friend! A thing that helped me keep up with my exercises was learning how to enjoy my progress, rather than the results themselves. They will come in due time, but it's important for long-term morale to know how to appreciate your efforts and don't be too hard on yourself for the occasional stumble. You got this!
I'm not too good at giving encouragement or advice but I'm sure you got this. 👌
You've got this, man.
Like the others have said, it might be difficult in the beginning but keep trying, you'll get there eventually.
Mapache's idea of trying different exercises or games is also a good idea if this one doesn't work out. (no pun intended)
