A “Hyper Action Puzzle” per the Japanese box description, this is a distinct and strange little game from the often inscrutable Vic Tokai. It’s barely a puzzler, since so much is based on the timing and positioning of your whirligig, but it’s clearly rendered and vibrant and the music is an absolute freight train.
