Insomniac's Spider-Man 2 is a perfect sequel and about as close to perfect a game can get. It expands the gameplay enough that returning to the original would feel a little staler, and the narrative continues to build and escalate upon its predcessor in a very satisfying way.
Something that would normally be trivial, but was actually significant was this stupid where during the FINAL CLIMACTIC FIGHT instead of the Spider-men loading in, IT WAS JUST TWO FLOATING WHITE CUBES. Even when I kept reloading the issue prevailed for a long time and I ended experiencing half of the final fight like that. Great finale, baring the actual WORST TIMING for a bug.
Otherwise, this was great, and I'm looking forward to the next installment or any dlc!
