This game was a big part of my childhood and I'll always remember getting emotional at the ending and thinking it was a fantastic story. There's a lot of uniqueness in this game and the characters are fantastically fun. It's nothing to write home about in the modern day though, and I think once you leave the intended demographic for this game it becomes a lot more about your nostalgia for it than actually replaying it. I love the world, just not very deep. Gameplay is fine and holds up but it's no Mario.
