I love the Soulsborne games, I love open world games, and I love dark fantasy. Frankly, this did not strike me as exceptional in any of those. Honestly kind of disappointing in the empty open world and it just significantly bogs down the game in comparison to the more linear Souls games. It's fun, but not as fun as its predecessors.
