the way this game lies to you is genius. it's incredibly immersive how the player is just as misled and confused as Raiden for most of the game's story. aside from the story, the gameplay is a definite improvement over MGS1. Raiden has so many new abilities and weapons to play around with, and clever enemy AI adds a lot more strategy to the traditional stealth gameplay. however, i didn't find the bossfights as memorable as MGS1 (except Fortune she's cool).
