It's an ok game that thinks it's cool when it really isn't, but I had fun going around shooting people for no reason. The pressure from enemies constantly kept me on my toes, forcing me to adapt to the environment and experiment with the weapons. Sucks that the game doesn't tell you how things work unless you look at the controls menu and memorize everything. I don't have much else to say except that it's funny how a game this stupid managed to offend people, with the Postal Dude's constant quips and comically edgy monologues between levels. (am I just desensitized?) It's not the best thing in the world, but it ain't that bad.

I was more let down by how cheesy and cartoony it was. People act like this game is the scariest thing ever made or something and I ain't talking about whiny congressmen in 1997, I mean the attitude towards it online nowadays. While the loadscreen art, two sided journal entries, loading music and the ending are pretty spooky and goes into some deeper shit. I just played this and was like..."That's it? This is the horrible abomination game to make me feel like I'm insane?"

On a different note, I'm honestly tired of YouTubers acting like every game slightly not normal is either "SO WEIRD DOOD! POINT AND LAUGH" or "OH MY GOD ITS SO SCARY IM LITERALLY SHITTING THROUGH MY PANTS" I don't know if it's because YouTube landscape is geniuenly pussified or it's simply for views....but it seems to be a combination of both..."I took my opinion from YouTube man" syndrome definitely doesn't help. If I had a dollar for every stupid YT comment I saw, oh boy..

@supermaster10 i don't think postal is typically considered 'scary'. maybe the loading screens. more just disturbing/depraved especially for its time. mass shooting simulators are kinda touchy with americans!

@chandler it's still overreacted to be far worse than it is regardless

And again it's more goofy than disturbing, especially in gameplay
