While I will say that this is one of the best LEGO games in quite some time from my vantage point, it is ultimately "another one of those." I found it enjoyable, but in the same way that I find a fast food meal enjoyable. It's sugary and salty but without much substance. The game is also ravaged by performance issues, bugs, and crashes on Switch which certainly did not make the experience a nicer one.
