I've been playing Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune games with my family for a long time. We've played Jeopardy games from floppy disks, N64 carts, mobile browsers, and everything in between. Normally, the game is best with a keyboard. But the Wii U Gamepad (and Wii remote support) easily makes this the best console Jeopardy game I've tried.
Look past the rudimentary visuals and simple presentation aside, because only one thing really matters: This does Jeopardy right. Puzzles are varied and plentiful, the game is responsive, and the controllers allow you to enter your responses much more quickly than standard console controllers. If you're just looking for a solid way to play Jeopardy on your TV, you can't go wrong with the Wii U version.
