This game was a revelation when I first played it. 3D talking Lego minifigs blew me away, it was like my imagination came to life. I felt like there was such mystery and mystique to the island.

Upon revisiting the game as an adult, I realized that's because the game doesn't make a lick of sense.

The game really is like a kid's imagination brought to life, because it's utter nonsense. It honestly feels like a tech demo, and as Lego's first 3D game, it probably was!

But the Brickster is still awesome.
