"Fuckin’ Company… "

CHRIS REDFIELD WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO THIS GUY IS BETTER THAN ETHAN WINTERS IN EVERY CONCEVIABLE WAY!!!!! I didn’t know I would have such a better experience when I actually like the character I’m playing as… I need to see more of this man ASAP, because he is one of the coolest mfs…

I really liked this one. It does A LOT of things better than the base game, like having a bigger variety of enemies (which all should’ve been in the base game) and I love how you can absolutely unload on these fuckers without worrying about ammo or anything— which is so refreshing after playing all of those other DLC’s. Not a Hero makes you feel like a total badass, as you can literally parry enemy attacks… and then proceed to annihilate their heads with a single punch… like WHAT??? Chris is not messing around, and the game wants you to know it.

Another anticipated moment was getting to finally see Lucas’ transformation, which is something straight out of Dead Space, it’s crazy how much he looks like a Necromorph; and his mutated form is right up there with Marguerite’s. It’s strange how I actually really liked the location of the salt mines in this DLC, but hated it in the base game (still better than the boat by far), most of that is probably because I was ready for the game to be over though. Seeing an Umbrella location was cool too, as it’s something different and unique, and I like how its sleek and modern architecture contrasts well to the rotten and old-timey look of the Baker Ranch.

I’m glad to be almost done with this game— not to say that I haven’t enjoyed it, because I have, but I’m spending more time on the DLC’s than I did with the base game, so I’m a little burnt out. Only one more to go! and apparently it’s the best one so hopefully I leave this game on a positive note.

Side note:
I would rank the Baker transformations like this: Marguerite > Lucas > Jack. They’re all great though!
