i actually really appreciate how much fanservice and polish the collection has outside of the actual games. like theres a bunch of little goodies here most other compilations dont bother with, dressed up in some really slick menus and cool music. like damn sure ill spend 1000 years in the art gallery if it sounds like this. actual peak music. well still second to the sonic mega collection, but nothing else competes.

well, i say that, but i did beat x1 and x2 on the switch version and it was pretty painful. i didnt have much else to do that summer. anyway source is this vid. they're a cool channel.

this is an interesting showcase of the strengths and weaknesses of releasing retro games in the form of compilations rather than a service like VC. you get to make the package look real nice but shit plays worse than nintendo's snes emulator for the wii. the wii kinda owned...
