This game is really great, maybe even of the best stories of Shin Megami Tensei out there that had made me engaged in what alignment I chose. I really love its oppressive, otherworldly atmosphere that the dungeons create where each new layer is another unknown danger, and the human characters slowly start to question themselves amidst the insanity of this nearly-disastrous operation.

In terms of gameplay, however, can't say I wasn't really a fan, but I rolled with it. I liked some points even if most of it made me want to close the game. Though this games gets a whole star subtracted from it due to the dog shit Sector E dungeon and the massive difficult curve for both normal and extra final boss that made me want to jump off a building. Good game though regardless.
