game has the most bizarre backwards learning curve when you start it. once you're over it all combat is a cakewalk. the characters are all interesting and each individual chapter area is incredibly unique with its own secrets to find based on the choices you make. flotsam will always be close to my heart. probably one of the most beautiful areas in the series.
