conceptually intriguing and there are sequences that feel like the best directed stuff in the series. but like walks back into the hands of military propaganda so assuredly that I felt ill. and for a future tech game, it's surprisingly thin on cool weapons and interesting ways to use them. at least Ghosts (and eventually Infinite Warfare) had space combat. this may as well have been set today, the tech is little else but pretty set dressing for a by the numbers contemporaneous shooter.

No but, like, huge props to you for having the willpower to play through all of these in the year of our lord 2022. I don't know how you do this.

i think i am just depressed. everything else feels like work in comparison to these games. i plop them on and i can just eat chicken and watch garbage tv and plough through a call of duty campaign and not have to worry for a few hours. they're kind of meditative in their own way,

Can totally see that to be honest. I'm trudging through depression by playing Disco Elysium, and that is not making me any happier, let me tell you that.
