Pretty sure the guys behind I'm Blue (da ba Dee da ba die) got the full rights to the colour in 2013 so companies had to pay extra to use it. Hope this helps!

Using this for the first time last month and seeing that they locked colors behind paid DLC was insane. Such a cute concept but like................really? 😭
