Based on the second blockbuster film from 20th Century Fox opening December, 2007, Aliens vs. Predator, is an all-new third-person action game exclusively designed for the PSP (PlayStationPortable) system from the creators of the award-winning original Aliens vs. Predator for PC. You play as an elite, lone Predator, carrying an awesome arsenal of exotic weaponry, stealth tracking and vision mode equipment. Your mission: eradicate all traces of the horrifying Alien menace from the previously sleepy town of Gunnison, Colorado.

Pretty solid licensed game, definately better than the movie, it's fun to play as a Predator hunting down Aliens, ironically the Predalien isn't even in the game but I guess they wanted to avoid spoilers? Instead the final boss is...GET TO THE CHOPPPAAA! Yes, a chopper, good stuff lol. Has all the simplicities and repetitiveness expected of a license game of this scale but that's fine, I went into this expecting them and it's still a fun and worthwhile game
A fun experience as a kid, a bad one as a teen and beyond. You realize that while it does 3 great things consistently, 1. Keep an amazing atmosphere in terms of scariness, 2. Having the Predator be a tank along with his unique arsenal and different sights, 3. Have great sprawling levels.
Everything else is just... boring, like sure it's cool to shoot aliens, as well as kill the occasional people. But it's seriously just "move to this corridor, move to that corridor, shoot the aliens here and there" now you could say " well thats mostly what the movies are what's the problem?"
Well considering that the Predator doesn't really have a reason for going through all these sprawling levels for no reason other than "me fight alien, space caveman" the game literally is repetitive.
I dont even remember there being a boss that's how pathetic this was.
It does have a special place in my heart but Jesus, is it boring

Managed to kill a few hours here and there. Probably could've done something more productive in those hours like play a slightly better game.
