A HUGE improvement from the first one, a step into the right direction of this franchise. The controls are a bit fucky, but they're still a lot better than in the first one, and the gameplay is amazing. Bad thing is that there are no save slots, so when you spend all your lives you die for good.
Since the later entries of the franchise existed, this isn't worth playing. Maybe if you never played a game of it before you can enjoy it a bit more, but it's still a bit generic.
