i've only run into hag maybe twice? but both matches were pretty fun. I like her design and the small bit of lore I can remember is pretty cool. I don't mind any of her perks specifically. i remember ruin used to be kinda annoying, and devour hope is just laaaaame. but i rarely run into either of those perks now so I can't really bring down the score because of it.
can not say the same for ace, he has what I'd consider the worst set of 3 perks in the game. almost 0 reason to buy him unless you just like how he looks (which is always valid).

Hag is horrible to play against. Playing as, personally is quite boring.
Ace perks aren't really good due to the luck stat (in 2023) being quite useless.
