A very fun, short platformer!
The only thing I "didn't like" was that I never got accustomed to the dash distance, but that's a skill issue on my part.
As for the rest every level was fun and very doable even in hard-mode, the quick respawn and easy-but-not-trivial readability made it feel a little bit like Celeste to me.

This is honestly a pretty decent little platformer. Its fast pace, difficulty and arcadey nature reminds me of the weird browser games like World's Hardest Game that made the rounds back in the noughties, but in a good way if that makes sense?

I did find the presentation to be a bit... much. The visuals are very saturated and the music and sound effects are very full on, and its a little overwhelming. And, perhaps to be expected given that title, it really doesn't have the best sense of humour... Duck Souls' version of a joke is just naming a level after a quote from another game verbatim (there is a level called The Cake is a Lie, for example) and I find this kind of thing /extremely/ cringeworthy... But this kind of humour is pretty much entirely confined to level names (and, well, the game's name itself), so it's pretty easy to ignore.

But yeah, the gameplay is tight; it plays like a hybrid of Celeste and Super Meat Boy. The level design is pretty solid throughout, with a nice variety of challenges and obstacles, although the difficulty curve can be a bit wonky. It's pretty short but honestly it's as long as it needs to be, and I think it's worth a play. Can recommend!

They call it a "precision platformer" and holy hell, they were right. Levels 35 and above will filter casuals. Some very inspiring music here, sounds straight out of MapleStory. Objects and obstacles are introduced gradually, which is good level design.

Casual Mode: Checkpoint System
Hard Mode: NO checkpoints

You can "perfect achievement" this game if you find the super easy hidden corridor in Level 75 and proceed to beat the game normally. Ironically, but graciously, you don't have to beat the game on hard to get any achievement.

Beatable in two hours, but it may be some of the more intense two hours you've played. Fun game and worth the two dollars!
