A remake of Earthworm Jim
Earthworm Jim HD is a high definition remake of the original Earthworm Jim video game. The main addition to the gameplay is the inclusion of a 4 player cooperative online multi-player mode. The game contains new levels, not present in the original release, which can be played with up to four players both locally or over the internet, and involve teamwork-based puzzles and gameplay. There are fifteen multi-player levels in total. Achievements can also be unlocked in the multiplayer portion of the game, rewarding players for being "No. 1' in each Xbox Live multiplayer level".

A solid remake of Earthworm Jim, but it lacks Big Bruty. Why did you have to leave good old Big Bruty out :(

I have never understood why people like this game. The levels are clumsily designed, the music is not very good and the action is sloppy. The difficulty is high but not rewarding. I feel like nostalgia is a big reason why people like this game because without it, it doesn't hold up.
Oh man... It's a shame that this game got lost to time. I had some good times with it, back in '09-2010... Good times.
A shameful, disgusting cash grab. Earthworm Jim HD is worse than the original versions on SNES/Genesis in every single way possible.
All the sprites are traced over and look mostly like a filtered emulator, the backgrounds look like shitty pngs slapped together, the new voice for Jim is bad, the gameplay feels so much clunkier and has less refinement than the original game (hard to describe entirely, but the best example is how climbing across ropes looks/feels), and the developers stole art from fans. The multiplayer mode is worthless as well, considering the new stage designs being an absolute mess.
Fuck Interplay, and fuck this garbage remake. Anybody that thinks this is suitable way to experience the original game in any way is a fucking moron. I'm glad it got delisted.
